We take workers to our testing centers or approved workshops. We ask them to perform real tasks that they will do on your site. For example, we ask welders to weld metal plates. We ask electricians to fix electrical circuits. We ask heavy equipment operators to drive and control machinery in a test area.
We also test their physical strength and health to make sure they can handle the demands of the job. If a worker fails our practical test, we do not send them to you. We only send workers who pass our tests with good scores.

You Interview and Select
You interview the shortlisted candidates—by video call, phone, or in person. You choose the executive you want to hire. We then handle the rest of the process, including contract negotiation support and visa documentation.
